Perform to set sales strategies & marketing strategies
Plan and implement for brand-building
Able to perform to achieve business goal, sales target
Assisting for sales and marketing budget for the company
Identify new opportunities to increase sales channels and report it to Managing Director
Research markets for selling company’s products & services
Negotiating sales contract, terms and conditions with customers
Draw the marketing plan and take action plan by weekly, monthly, yearly. And, Lead marketing way by scheduling
Good perform in solving customer complaints and negotiation
Coordinate all social media channels & agencies for brand development
Plan and implement innovative campaigns, organizing customer meets / events, exhibition, media planning, market intelligence, competitor analysis etc.
Find new customers & project for company products and service to meet the set sales target
Establish, develop and maintain good customer relationships to existing and potential customer
Advise management of significant market information and report new product ideas

Job Requirements

Any graduated. Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management Prefer MBA
Minimum 4~5 years’ above experiences in the line sales & marketing
More prefer experience in engineering industry
Good in English 4-skills
Good selling skill and advertising skill
Skills and experience in creative content writing. Creativity with a results focus
Must have good communications, relation skill, customer services and negotiation skills
Good computer skill (Microsoft and Internet)
