The role holder is responsible to participate all the issuing credit cards and pin, packing and prepared for the delivery to send the branches in time. Handle all the billing and payment process and to be reconciled daily.

  • Supervise & monitor the credit card application processing for the approval files.
  • Manage & supervise subordinates for day to day work for credit card documentation, data capture, and application approval by the product owner.
  • Credit card & PIN issuance, packaging, welcome letter printing, card dispatching, and delivery.
  • Ensure adherence of all the security requirement for card & PIN issuance and handling process as per PCI DSS/ EMV/ risk management.
  • Ensure the correct data entry, credit limit assignment, charge profile etc. for credit card issuance.
  • Make the payment process daily to the respective system correctly and take action to be reconciled with all the systems.
  • Training employees in credit cards policies and techniques. Instructing the respective staff in procedures for handling the credit card’s problems.
  • Prepare and circulate all the reports as required on timely manner.  
  • Ensure zero error in handling cards and card issuance process.
  • Prepare all the exhibits, reports, ensure compliance with bank policy for all transaction processing.
  • Ensure adherence to the Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Ensure managing all the process as per SLA.
  • Work closely with all the stakeholders within the Bank (Collection Department, Product Owner) for smooth functioning.
  • Ensure the payment process as per the payment policies.
  • Answering mail and telephone inquiries from customers, (a) who are unable or who refuse to remit past due amounts, (b) who have service charge or policy questions, or (c) who are dissatisfied with merchandise or service. Discussing collection problems with customer who visit center.
