Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1. HR Operations & Administration

  • Payroll Administration: Handle end-to-end payroll calculations for local employees across all stores and the Head Office (HO).
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks.

2. Onboarding & Orientation

  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires at HO and ST SM & above levels, collaborating with the Senior Manager of HR to ensure a smooth transition and positive employee experience.

3. HR Documentation

  • Process employment contracts and manage legal documentation across the business.

4. HR Communication Administration

  • Administer internal communication channels, ensuring timely updates on HR announcements, employee movements, and company news.

5. General Administrative Support

  • Coordinate events and activities for employees.
  • Arrange business travel (flights, buses, accommodation, etc.).
  • Manage office supplies and stationery.
  • Oversee office facilities and provide support for expat services.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, payroll, and employee benefits management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and  English Language. 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
