Job Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates
  • Manage job postings across various platforms and networks
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Conduct initial interviews and support final selection process
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance management processes (appraisals, probation reviews)
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Handle employee documentation and HR records
  • Support payroll coordination and attendance monitoring (if required)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Support disciplinary processes and grievance handling
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in maintaining a positive work culture
  • Prepare HR reports (recruitment status, turnover, staffing updates)
  • Assist in HR audits and process improvements

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree with Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management or Development.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in supervisory role, with at least 2 years in Recruitment Specialist role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, training & development, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
