Position Title - Assistant HR Manager (Recruitment & Selection / Payroll)
JWK Company Limited is seeking experienced and dynamic professionals to join our team in Yangon.

  • Positions: 3 Posts (Male/Female)
  • Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection: Develop recruitment plans, screen CVs, schedule and conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates alongside department heads.
  • Payroll Management: Ensure accurate calculation of monthly salaries, OT, allowances, and bonuses.
  • Compliance: Manage Income Tax and Social Security Board (SSB) contributions.
  • Reporting: Prepare timely payroll reports, manage bank transfer files, and update HR software.
  • Performance & Discipline: Plan and execute performance appraisals; monitor employee discipline and conduct disciplinary meetings/warnings when necessary.
  • Administration: Review and submit monthly/annual HR reports.

Job Requirements

Education:

University degree with a Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM).

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR management.

Skills:

Strong supervisory and leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and a proven team player.
