Core Purpose

The Carlsberg Myanmar Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to develop future leaders through an accelerated 24-month journey featuring cross-functional rotations, real business projects, structured learning, overseas rotations, and mentorship from experienced leaders.

• Commercial: Sales & Distribution, Marketing, Business Insights
• Supply Chain: Brewing, Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Packaging, Carlsberg Excellence
• Corporate Affairs & Sustainability: Corporate Communications, Reputation Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Sustainability

Education Requirements

• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of working experience
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field:
• Commercial: Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
• Supply Chain: Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields
• Corporate Affairs & Sustainability: Communications, PR, Journalism, IR, Business, Environmental Science, or related fields

Competency Requirements

• Strong academic foundation combined with a curious, dynamic, and learning-oriented mindset
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills
• Involvement in internships, extracurricular activities, or relevant projects will be an advantage.
• High motivation for a long-term career in the FMCG / beer industry
