- To implement HR Plans, Policies & procedures according to organizational objectives
- To develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives
- To implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountability, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention
- To create work environment in which people will be motivated, contributing, and happy
- To foster effective methods of goal setting, communication and help in establishing the organizational culture, in which people have the competency, concern, and commitment to serve well
- To develop human resources operations by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances, aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analysing results
- To implement effective Performance Appraisal circle , review and analyze the performance appraisal rating
- To prepare HR budget and ensure the activities within budget
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:
- Degree in Business Admin, HRM / Graduate Diploma in HRM - Min 5 years’ experience
Work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role
Skills and Knowledge required:
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
- Leadership abilities and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Strong orientation toward a proactive human resources operations
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with different business units effectively
