Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Managing and providing strong leadership to the security operations team.
  • Maintain effective communication channels within the security team and with other departments.
  • Conduct the operation meeting once a week to monitor and improve the performance of team.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures. 
  • Having surprise check to the office at night to know the performance of call centre and night patrol.
  • Solving the Security operational issues and problems.
  • Attending all the necessary weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly meetings and emergency meetings (Nationwide).
  • Visit the sites randomly across the nation and discuss the operation matter with client site managers.
  • Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient operation of security services.
  • Make sure all the profiles and documents are properly filed in company.
  • Monitor and analyse security trends, emerging threats, and technological advancements to stay ahead of potential risks.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage the security operations budget.
  • Checking and approve all the expense request for operation before summiting to finance. 
  • Check and analysed the detection forms to give approval or not.
  • Check the payroll draft every month before summiting it to MD.
  • Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining high-security standards.
  • Lead site survey to the new sites and creating quotation or proposal according to the survey and send to the new client. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security needs and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on security operations and incidents.
  • Prepare incident report and correction plan just after every incident happen. 
  • Manage ground situation risk assessment plan for dangerous areas. 
  • Make sure all the staffs are fairly treated. 
  • Make sure all the staffs are not involved in Briberies and corruption cases.
  • Make sure all the guards are passing the medical test and having insurance.
  • Interview the candidates for English speaking Security Manager level, Security Supervisor level and Security receptionist level before they attend our training.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for security personnel to ensure they are well-prepared and up to date with the latest security protocols.
  • Manage and monitor the refreshment basic security training to all the sites.
  • Manage and monitor the emergency advance trainings and drills to employees if the site needed.
  • Also need to attend some of advance trainings with employees in necessary cases.
  • Depending on sites, arrange all the regional managers to get training to be trainers.
  • Ensure that the trained regional managers are training their regional staffs correctly.
  • Coordinate with local authorities to give some necessary trainings if the location of the site is in government area.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement and emergency services.
  • Having good relationship with local authorities, Fire departments and hospitals. 
  • Manage and monitor the procurement process for security services. 
  • Manage and monitor all the uniforms and accessories are delivered on site according to their request and monitor the quality of the products. 
  • Build a strong relationship with suppliers and regularly monitor their performance.
  • Manage the security managers if the site is not stable or implement new procedures. 
  • When there is incident on site, immediately investigate the case, send the incident report and corrective action plan. 
  • Introducing with the local authorities and Client site managers. 
  • Make sure all the emergency contact numbers and procedures are communicated all the teams. 
  • Discuss and explain to our operation team about event plan and start selection the superior quality guards for the event. 
  • Managing the whole team and always communicate with client even in the event to improve the previous plan if the event situation is changed. 
  • Need to make sure every guard who work for event must be working until the event is finished. 
  • Make sure no guards are using Alcohol/drug or influence of that. 
  • Regularly report to General Manager and Managing Director as the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basic.
  • Report all the important operation issue to General Manager and Managing Director. 
  • Align overall security operations with the quality management system.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor's degree or degree in relevant field such as Security Management, Business Administration.
  • Proven 5 years of progressive experience in security management, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
  • Completion of relevant training programs in areas such as emergency response, crisis management, and risk assessment is beneficial.
  • Strong leadership skill.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Experience in understanding and meeting client security needs is valuable.
  • Experience in developing and implementing emergency response plans, as well as conducting drills and exercises to test preparedness.
  • Experience in developing and managing budgets for security operations. The ability to allocate resources efficiently while maintaining high-security standards.
