Human Resources (HR)

  • Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities: manpower requests, job postings, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, personal files, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, and shift records; coordinate with payroll team.
  • Support performance management processes (probation reviews, confirmations, appraisals).
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes in line with company policy.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and internal HR policies.
  • Support training and development activities, including orientation and basic skills training.
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment status).

Administration

  • Supervise office and factory administration activities (transport, canteen, accommodation, security, cleaning).
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, uniforms, and general administrative expenses.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government offices as required.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and factory administrative areas.
  • Support company events, meetings, audits, and inspections.
  • Maintain admin records, contracts, and service agreements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in manufacturing or factory environment.
  • Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-handling ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
