Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or resort environments
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a remote resort setting (Ngwe Saung)
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities
