  • Assist in Recruitment Process: scheduling interviews, post the vacancy announcement, maintain candidate’s database and interview record.
  • Update and manage accurate employee files, including personal data, employment contracts, and internal HR team documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to help ensure smooth, efficient daily operations across the organization.
  • Assist in the monthly attendance calculation process by compiling accurate reports on lateness and leaves.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned and provide administrative assistance to the HR team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 Year of experienced in HR Assistant. 
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle employee information with confidentiality.
