Job Summary

Responsible for supporting and managing overall HR functions across business units and factory operations, including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, learning & development, performance management, organizational development, and HR analytics. Ensure smooth HR processes, compliance with labor laws, workforce planning, employee engagement, and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage manpower planning, recruitment activities, onboarding, transfers, and workforce deployment for all business units and factories.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and hiring reports.
  • Maintain HRIS, employee records, attendance, leave management, disciplinary records, and confidential HR documentation.
  • Support employee relations activities including grievance handling, disciplinary investigations, warning processes, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate with department heads and management to support staffing requirements and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Organize onboarding, orientation, training programs, coaching sessions, and employee development activities.
  • Support competency development, succession planning, job rotation, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate KPI setting, performance appraisal cycles, and performance improvement plans across departments.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, analytics, and presentations related to recruitment, turnover, engagement, and performance trends.
  • Support digital HR transformation projects, HR automation initiatives, and process improvement activities.
  • Administer employee benefits, welfare support programs, insurance, leave, and employee assistance activities.
  • Maintain compliance with Myanmar labor laws, company policies, audit requirements, and data confidentiality standards.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, business leaders, labor offices, recruitment agencies, and external stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional HR and organizational development projects and perform ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, PMS, or L&D functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations management.
  • Experience in factory or multi-business environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Able to work under pressure and urgency.
