  • Assists in scheduling and interviewing job applicants
  • Prepare the contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Prepare recruitment documents and joining formalities.
  • Organizes HR records and maintains strict employee confidentiality
  • Checks employee attendance and monitors leaves and absent
  • Coordinate and follow up with government offices for HR-related matters.
  • Assists the Human Resource Manager with everyday functions
  • Submit and collect official documents from government offices as assigned.
  • Organize & Participate for HR activities

  • Any bachelor degree or certificate in HR
  • Minimum 1–2 years HR  experience preferred.
