  • Manage daily recruitment tasks, including posting job advertisements and screening resumes
  • Proactively contact candidates and coordinate interviews
  • Track recruitment progress and provide timely updates
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment records (Excel)
  • Assist in organizing employee onboarding documents and basic HR files

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiar with Facebook or local recruitment platforms
  • Good communication skills, confident in contacting candidates
  • Strong execution skills, able to independently manage recruitment tasks
  • Well-organized and able to handle multiple candidates simultaneously
  • Responsible and able to report work progress on time
