Job Description

  •    Post job vacancy announcements on social media platforms and recruitment websites.
  •    Ensure CV source through recruitment agencies and online recruiters by contacting and negotiating terms.
  •    Schedule interviews and arrange the interview process.
  •    Ensure employment registration process according to internal procedures.
  •    Support new employee onboarding by coordinating necessary activities.
  •    Conduct and complete SSB and EC processes, including necessary updates.
  •    Prepare staff ID cards for both probationary and permanent employees.
  •    Review HR form submissions for accuracy and ensure proper documentation is attached.
  •    Maintain and manage HR files and documents in an organized manner by category and file name.
  •    Entry data for new employee information into HR software accurately.
  •    Build and maintain employee profiles by attaching required documents.
  •    Monitor probation periods and service lengths, and generate detailed reports.
  •    Track and fill employee attendance and leave records to support accurate payroll calculations.
  •    Prepare HR-related letters (e.g., appointment, promotion, confirmation) upon receiving necessary approvals.

Job Requirements

  •    Bachelor’s degree with any subject.
  •    At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR support role preferred.
  •    Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •    Proficiency in MS Office suite and internet Email.
  •    Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
