Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assist in final selection.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks and other HR-related duties as assigned.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and rules & regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple vacancies
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with online job portals and social media recruitment
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
