- Must have to in charge for orientation when new member join in organisation
- Recruit right candidate for vacant position
- Arranging interview with respective vendor
- Managing CVs for all vacancies in organisation
- Making pre screening interview for Hiring Manager
- Prepare necessary JD and Requirements for vacany
- Coordinate with Hiring Manager for placement
- Ad hoc tasks assign by department head

- Min 3 years experience in HR , especially in Recruitment and Selection
- Excellent in English skills
- Young, proactive and eager to learn
- Who had been experienced in MNC is in advantage
- Strong in communication is must
- Good in MS Office (especially in Excel)
