Key Responsibilities and Duties

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Manage fingerprint setup for new staff attendance registration.

  • Coordinate with the design and purchasing teams for staff ID badge creation.

  • Act as the focal point for health insurance enrollment for Myanmar staff upon joining the organization.

  • Support Myanmar staff offboarding, liaise final settlement and maintaining accurate records in the SCR.

International Staff Administration

  • Support and liaise with agencies for international staff housing arrangements.

Insurance & Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate with the insurance company to update staff lists (additions and removals) in line with staffing changes.

  • Handle AIA withdrawals for staff at the end of each month.

  • Prepare Myanmar staff insurance contracts and process related payments.

Attendance & Reporting

  • Monitor daily staff attendance and escalate system-related issues for same-day resolution where possible.

  • Prepare bi-weekly attendance reports on lateness and absences, highlighting high Bradford Factor scores with recommended action plans for management reporting.

Employee Engagement & HR Activities

  • Organize and conduct monthly staff birthday celebrations.

  • Support staff engagement activities.

General HR Support

  • Assist the Head of Department (HOD) with ad hoc HR tasks and projects as required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum (3) years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.

  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in Myanmar.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and external agencies.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
