Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Prepare job advertisements, screen CVs, coordinate interview schedules, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the organization.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems accurately and systematically.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is properly organized and kept up to date.

Payroll Support

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, overtime (OT), allowances, and other employee benefits.

Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Promote effective communication and positive employee relations within the workplace.
  • Plan and coordinate employee welfare programs, welfare calendars, and workplace engagement activities.

Compliance

  • Ensure employees comply with company policies, rules and regulations, and the applicable provisions of the Myanmar Labour Law.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence to legal and organizational requirements.

Reporting

  • Prepare and submit monthly HR reports, including turnover rates and other key HR metrics, to Management in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates with a Diploma or Professional Certification in Human Resource Management will be given preference.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR functional areas, particularly in Recruitment and Administration.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Myanmar Labour Law and related employment regulations and procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using HR software or HRIS is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
