Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in line with company policies.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Design and implement engagement activities to enhance employee morale and retention.
  • Organize team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend action plans.
  • Support recruitment efforts for Support Center and Centralized Kitchen roles.
  • Assist onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
  • Support career progression and succession planning initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and health & safety regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
