The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, attendance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role plays a key part in ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains talented employees while maintaining efficient HR operations

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Payroll & Compensation

  • Calculate and verify monthly payroll, overtime, attendance deductions, allowances, incentives, and bonuses.
  • Ensure accurate payroll records and timely salary payments.
  • Coordinate statutory contributions and employee benefits administration.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management review.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and disciplinary matters.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
  • Advise management on HR-related matters and best practices.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including recruitment and payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and payroll procedures.
  • Experience managing HR functions for multi-branch operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
