Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. 
•    Maintain employee records and HR documentation. 
•    Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs. 
•    Monitor attendance, leave management, and maintain HRIS records. 
•    Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and employee data. 
•    Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits. 
•    Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives. 
•    Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs. 
•    Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. 
•    Prepare HR reports such as headcount, attrition, attendance, and recruitment status. 
•    Coordinate training programs and maintain training records. 
•    Assist in disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field. 
•    1–3 years of experience in Human Resources. 
•    Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. 
•    Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
