Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare and accurate monthly payroll, SSB Contribution and Personal Income Tax settlement
  • Assist HRM for compliance of HR matters with the laws & regulations of the Myanmar Labor Law and Company guidelines.
  • Prepare staff contracts and other supporting or correspondence documents
  • Data entry of individual staff records for leave, training, health and other staff matters
  • Collect specific staff certifications required for their functions
  • Regular review and update of staff documentation
  • Complete filing & archiving of all documentation
  • To assist the salary and bonus review process and preparing HR budget.
  • Implement and strengthen institutional communication culture
  • Support staff relation for team work and avoid tensions
  • Staff complaints (grievance management and monitoring)
  • Analyze problems within staff cooperation and attitudes
  • Address situations of tension or lack of cooperation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Payroll and HR Services.
  • In-depth understanding of Myanmar Labor Law.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent service.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely express analytical conclusions and recommended actions.
  • Ability to manage time and processes efficiently with a focus on strategic improvements.
  • An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of negotiation skills would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
