  • Post job advertisements on platforms such as JobNet, Facebook, etc.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Arrange and conduct interviews (online/in-person)
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding process

๐Ÿ”น Employee Relations & Exit Management

  • Handle resignation and exit procedures
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare feedback reports
  • Coordinate clearance and handover with departments

๐Ÿ”น Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records
  • Verify payroll data and assist in payroll processing
  • Report discrepancies to management

๐Ÿ”น HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records (HRIS & physical files)
  • Update HR databases and generate reports
  • Prepare HR letters and documentation
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information

๐Ÿ”น Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Coordinate KPI tracking and evaluation cycles
  • Analyze and report performance data

  • Communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee engagement initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience (Generalist role preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Operations
  • Experience with HR Software / HRIS systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using JobNet, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads for recruitment
  • Knowledge of payroll calculation and attendance management
