About the Role

As Learning & Development Executive, you will play a vital role in nurturing our GBS talent by coordinating and delivering essential training programs across our nationwide branch offices. Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will ensure our workforce remains skilled and aligned with the group's strategic goals through hands-on training, frequent regional travel, and administrative support.

 

Job Description

  • Training Coordination: Organize and facilitate various training programs, including staff orientation and onboarding training for all new hires.

  • Field Training: Conduct frequent on-site training sessions and workshops at GBS branch offices throughout Myanmar to support regional employee development.

  • Content Development: Collaborate with internal and external trainers to design, develop, and update effective training materials, manuals, and modules.

  • Needs Assessment: Assist the L&D Manager in identifying organizational training needs through assessments, surveys, and performance evaluations.

  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities, attendance, and assessment results in the HR system.

  • Logistics & Admin: Manage training logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor coordination, and all administrative requirements for training events.

  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and yearly training reports and data analysis for management review.

Job Overview

  • Working Hour: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Working Day: Monday to Saturday

  • Holiday: Sunday and Gazette Holidays

  • Report To: Learning & Development Manager, dotted line to Corporate Head of HR

  • Work Location: GBS Head Office, Hlaing Township, Yangon

Job Requirements

  • Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree, supplemented by a Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management (HRM).

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the HR field (specific experience in Learning & Development/Training is highly preferred).

  • Travel: Must be willing and able to travel frequently to local regions across GBS branch offices for training delivery.

  • Gender & Age: Prefer Male candidates aged between 20 and 30 years. Female candidates can be considered as well

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident facilitation style
