Employee progress and, class booking and reporting

• Prepare a study plan for employees
• Monitor assigned employees’ progress proactively and ensure the employees have the classes booked for them to reach their learning goals
• Follow the school guidelines with respect to booking best practices and coordinate with the CHoC to request class booking needs
• Follow-up and ensure that the employees attend the classes they have booked
• Drive employee progress by providing on going and consistent support, advice, coaching and feedback
• Meet with employees at pre-defined touchpoints according to the CFP
• Understand each individual learner’s psychology and tailor your coaching skills accordingly to provide guidance to students that is personalized to their needs
• Keep track of employee’s progress and report to Human Resource management regularly

Social classes and event conceptualization and delivery

• Plan and teach social classes In person/online classes to drive employee engagement
• Inform and invite employees about upcoming events that are relevant to the employee interest

 Employee experience

• Always behave in a professional manner with the employee community
• Capture employees concerns or feedback when raised, escalate to Human Resource management when necessary and follow-up on resolution to improve the service quality
• Ensure that end of course appointments are rigorously conducted with employees ending their contracts in line with the procedures in place
