Job Requirements

  • Age not exceeding 27 years.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in HR functions.
  • Professional Qualification in HRM / HRD
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Myanmar & English (Level 4 Skills).
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office & internet / email skills.
  • Strong communication & outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on improving passenger experience.
  • Flexible for overtime & location changes.
