  • Handle customers’ requests for outbound packages & outbound tour operations for Incentive, Collective and FIT/Private Tours.
  • Design customized outbound tour itineraries & calculate costing.
  •  Inform clients to about visa requirements, travel insurance, safety regulations, and cultural expectations.
  • Resolve customer issues or unexpected travel challenges in a calm and professional manner.
  • Represent New Motion Travels & Tours with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tour guiding, customer service, or travel industry roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Good knowledge of international travel procedures and airport processes.
  • You want to join as a Freelance Overseas Tour Leader.
  • ( If you have experience as an Overseas Tour Leader or Customer Services Experience, you are welcome to join us as a Freelance Tour Leader. )
