Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Revise, develop and implement recruitment procedure
Supervise recruitment team and report on its performance
Post jobs across different recruitment platforms and channels
Screen CVs and select applicants within deadline
Prepare vacancy list and JD/JR for required positions
Schedule interview appointments with relevant interviewers
Coordinate and communicate with candidates and schedule interviews
Interview shortlisted applicants and record cancel or apply
Sit in interviews with related Manager for positions below Manager and Assistant Manager Positions
Record and keep documentation of employee profile
Communicate effectively with job agencies and applicants
Search new job agencies and communicate effectively
Must have a full knowledge of job roles of related position
Report interview status to HR manager daily
Record monthly new employee list in excel and report to HR Manager
Record monthly resign and termination list in Excel and report to HR Manger
Assist with orientation and communicate rules & regulation to new employees
Arrange and participate in job fairs
Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Provide new employee information to HR team and Admin Department for arrangement of fixed assets and related department with effective date
Participate in department meetings
Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization
Perform other related duties and required of the Human Resources Department
Follow instructions from and report to the HR Manager
Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and improve hiring effectiveness.
Handle critical recruitment tasks including manpower planning, urgent hiring, talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring follow-up.
