Job Description

Talent Acquisition

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding administration.
  • Assist in building talent pipelines through job platforms, networks, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure recruitment processes run efficiently and documentation is properly maintained.

Performance Management

·       Support the coordination of performance review cycles in collaboration with department leaders and HR in charge.

·       Collect and organise employee and manager feedback to help identify performance gaps and development opportunities.

·       Assist in preparing performance-related documentation and reports for HR and leadership review.

Training & Development

·       Assist in identifying training needs across departments based on feedback and performance data.

·       Coordinate internal and external learning programs aligned with staff development plans.

·       Track participation and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.

HR Data & Reporting

·       Maintain accurate and well-organised records of recruitment activities, performance feedback, and training participation.

Prepare HR reports and data summaries to support the Head of HR in decision-making and planning.

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience

·       Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in an international school or cross-cultural environment.

·       Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR information systems.

·       Understanding of safeguarding practices and confidentiality requirements.

·       Familiarity with Myanmar Labour Law and international staff processes is an advantage.
