Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items related to project initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling project activities and maintain project calendars, timelines, and task trackers.
  • Support market research and competitor analysis related to project.
  • Maintain & Update all project-related records and files to reflect progress and changes.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding product features and process by Regions, Branches, Agencies & HO Teams.
  • Monitor and ensure timely tracking of project deliverables and generate up-to-date status reports to reflect progress.
  • Help prepare clear and concise presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Any Graduate (or) other relevant academic backgrounds Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field is preferable).
  • Have 2-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and interested on working in a competitive & challenging environment.
  • Attention to detail, Analytical thinking, Team collaboration, Problem-solving, Time management, Adaptability, Strong Communication Skill.
  • English language fluency is preferable.
