Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. ​​​​​​​Support and Implementation, Innovative and upgrade to HR Recruitment and Selection Process.
  2. Handle and proceed Talent Acquisition Program.
  3. Support and builds a talent pipeline.
  4. Develops relationships with potential candidates.
  5. Proceed to fill job opening position. Screens and interview applicants. Manage and control job offer process.
  6. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  7. Use job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels to identify potential candidates.
  8. Coordinate and conduct interviews with department heads and stakeholders.
  9. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  10. Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms when necessary.
  11. Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
  12. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.
  13. Manage pre-employment documentation and onboarding processes for new hires.
  14. Onboards new hire and innovate for onboarding program.
  15. Any ad-hoc JD assigned by Corporate Head of HR.

Job Requirements

 

  1. Any graduate and related degree or diploma is highly preferred.
  2. Proven working experience as HR Executive Level in recruitment or similar role.
  3. Minimum 5 years in HR Field and must have 2/3 years in Executive role.
  4. In-depth knowledge of HR, Labor Law and Recruitment Knowledge.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  6. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
