Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.-Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR support.-Good communication and interpersonal skills.-Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).-Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
