We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNation job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit for open positions.

  • Draft and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, careers page).

  • Utilize proactive sourcing methods (headhunting, networking, social media, and database mining) to find passive candidates.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of talent for recurring or niche roles, particularly in factory.

  • Coordinate and attend career fairs and networking events.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate competence and alignment with company values.

  • Coordinate technical assessments and schedule interviews with some management.

  • Provide regular updates to candidates and hiring managers regarding the status of the recruitment process.

  • Prepare and extend offer letters, ensuring all internal approvals are secured.

  • Facilitate salary negotiations and address candidate concerns.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition from "Candidate" to "Employee," assisting with orientation and administrative arrangements.

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Source of Hire).

  • Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks.

  • Suggest improvements to the recruitment process and employer branding initiatives.

Job Requirements

 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Management System.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving mindset with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive team player with a proactive and respectful attitude.
  • Any graduate, or a related field; Diploma in HR or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR talent and acquisition.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software systems.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, government HR regulations, and up-to-date legislative changes.
  • Experience supporting audit processes and handling HR documentation requirements.
