We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNation job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

To support SP Bakery’s business growth by developing and executing efficient recruitment and selection strategies. The role focuses on attracting, identifying, and hiring qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong alignment with the company’s values and culture.

1. Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to identify manpower requirements and create recruitment plans.
  • Prepare, review, and update job descriptions and job specifications for all positions.
  • Actively source candidates through online job portals, LinkedIn, social media, job fairs, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on required skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Conduct phone screenings and first-round interviews; coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare employment offer letters, Invitation letters, and all necessary hiring documentation.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to ensure engagement and retention.

2. HR Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain an accurate and updated database of candidates, employee records, and recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare monthly recruitment reports, HR dashboards, and hiring analytics for management review.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in recruitment strategies and HR operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or large-scale organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor law, and employee relations.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience using job portals, social media, and networking platforms for recruitment.
  • Knowledge of HRIS or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is an advantage.
