Job Description

- Manage payroll processing and HR records with accuracy.

- Manage recruitment and selection processes to support hiring requests on time.

- Innovate hiring practices by using new methods and channels.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies & procedures, labor laws, and industrial relations.

- Manage and coordinate annual/quarterly performance appraisal cycles.

- Support KPI setting, performance tracking, and evaluation processes.

- Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with business and employee development needs.

- Maintain and optimize HR Information Systems (HRIS).

- Prepare a weekly and monthly report for recruitment, compensation, and Staff movement situation.

- Present weekly HR updates including turnover, recruitment status, resignations, and HR tasks in the BRM meeting for management reviews.

Job Requirements

· Any Graduate, Diploma in Human Resources Management or any relevant

· Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of HR functions, performance management, and HRIS systems.

· Good Experience in Data analytics skills.

· Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

· Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills for HRM practices.

· Strong organizational and leadership potential.
