Job Responsibilities 

• Supervise daily cleaning operations and ensure service quality standards are met across assigned sites
• Assign duty rosters, manage attendance, overtime, and leave schedules for cleaning staff
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle customer complaints and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate deep cleaning activities and communicate schedules with relevant teams
• Monitor cleaning supply usage and maintain inventory control
• Prepare operational reports, inspection records, and staff documentation
• Train new employees and provide refresher training sessions for team members
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Support gardening and maintenance operations when required
• Ensure timely submission of attendance, OT, and leave records to HR

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in Administration or Hospitality Management
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping or cleaning operations
• Strong supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and email
• Intermediate English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
• Able to work independently and under pressure
