Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Work in Yangon (Office at Kyauktada Township) to support Singapore business operations 
  • Manage schedule planning and allocation
  • Liaise with internal departments and external customers to ensure company success
  • Answer inbound messages and calls from leads and clients
  • Handle urgent communications with customers
  • Manage punctuality and attendance checking
  • Prepare, compile, and maintain proper reports for management
  • Service customer requests and attend to customer complaints
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate in Bachelor Degree
  • Age must be under 30
  • Good in English Language Proficiency
  • Can be used Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Map, WhatsApp Messenger, Facebook Messenger
  • Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
  • Able to resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction
