  • Oversee and manage the overall operations of the livestock business.
  • Monitor daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues effectively and promptly.
  • Lead and supervise operational teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement operational strategies and continuously improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective communication and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field; MBA qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Strong experience in the Livestock Industry or Manufacturing/Factory Industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle and resolve operational issues effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to manage overall operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
