Summary

To provide leadership and direction in all the aspects of the Administration, Operation of the Company, establish and develop Company’s manual to fulfill organization objectives. To establish and implement short-term, long-term organization’s goals, policies, procedures, monitor and programmatically evaluate business progress, effectiveness and efficiency, and initiate the action for improvement if changes are needed.   To provide leadership and direction in all the aspects of the Administration, Operation of the Company, establish and develop Company’s manual to fulfill organization objectives. To establish and implement short-term, long-term organization’s goals, policies, procedures, monitor and programmatically evaluate business progress, effectiveness and efficiency, and initiate the action for improvement if changes are needed.  

 

Leadership

  • In partnership with Group Executive Management from Bangkok headquarter (HQ) to operate according to the group companies’ mission, vision, strategies, objectives, and develop its philosophy and core value.
  • Promote motivation and inspiration for the staff and ensure to meet organization’s common goals and sense of purpose at every level.
  • Ensure the organization is developing through effective programs, and lead the team in making key decision, giving direction, drawing overall strategies and sales strategies.

Strategic Development    

  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategy and draw strategic plan for the organization according to the company’s mission, objectives and core value.
  • Monitor and review the external environment, the market, for changes and developments that may affect the organization and propose revised action plan to Executive Management from HQ.

HR Management

  • Establish HR governance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliance with governing law, act, rules & regulations.
  • Participate in Organization strategic business planning and lead in HR planning.
  • Conduct survey, HR audit timely and improve HR functions & activities.
  • Administer employee sourcing including selecting channels, recruitment, selection, hiring processes.
  • Evaluate and analyze job positions and ensure the relation between job position and compensation structure are fair, effective and attractive.
  • Construct and review effective compensation and benefits structure.
  • Administer whole payroll process including incentives, taxes (PIT), SSB funds, leaves, time off, etc..
  • Coordinate with department managers and implement position performance expectations, review and manage KPI and performance evaluation.
  • Analyze and manage training and development activities.
  • Manage Employee Relations and Engagement activities.
  • Coordinate and administer government relations and documentation process relating HR and Administration Department.
  • Maintain, update and make available of employee profiles and data
  • Manage Management, expatriates, partners and clients’ visa issues, stay permit registrations, travel activities, etc...

Administration

  • Administer and control office and administrative management such as office supplies, office equipment, maintenance, security, etc...
  • Review, assess and manage suppliers and their contracts, payments, etc...
  • Arrange office events such as management meeting, regular communication meeting, office activities, etc...
  • Plan, report and assist in drawing annual budgeting and monitor the related expenses

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or relevant
  • Experience in top foregine FMCG companies will be added advantage.   
  • In-depth knowledge of HR management, and people development.
  • Capable of drawing business strategies, policies, administering office and managing the staffs of all levels.
  • Good knowledge of employment and labour law and regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices.
  • Vast working knowledge of all HR departmental areas, including reward and recognition, welfare, learning and development, as well as HR systems and budgets.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing departments and teams. Exceptional leadership qualities.
  • The ability to develop and nurture relationships across departments
  • The ability to analyse and review HR data to identify trends.
  • Experience in determining, measuring and analysing relevant KPIs for incentive schemes
