We are seeking a highly experienced and principled HR Manager to professionalize our organizational structure and establish a robust, performance-driven corporate culture. The successful candidate will lead the transition from manual processes to a standardized, policy-oriented management environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Performance Management: Design and implement comprehensive KPI frameworks and merit-based incentive programs to enhance productivity.
• Policy Development & Enforcement: Establish and manage the formal Employee Handbook, standardized disciplinary procedures, and rigorous attendance policies.
• Talent Strategy: Streamline recruitment processes and implement talent evaluation systems to ensure the highest standards of staffing.
• Accountability: Oversee daily administrative coordination while ensuring the integrity of payroll systems and strategic organizational alignment for the Senior Management.
