Organization Development

  • Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop HR Policy and procedure, Standard Operation Procedure.
  • Updated Organization Structure, Job Description.
  • Partner with senior management to support organizational growth and culture.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

Recruitment & Selection

  • Mange the hiring process for factory operations in time.
  • Collaborate with production and planning departments to forecast manpower needs.
  • Ensure a strong recruitment pipeline.  

Performance Management

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems (e.g., KPI/Ticket System).
  • Coach department heads to improve team performance and accountability.

Training & Development:

  • Establish skill development programs, especially for sewing operators, line supervisors, and mid-management.
  • Partner with training institutes or government skill programs when applicable.

Compliance & Labor Law:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, social compliance and customer audit standards.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with labor unions and ensure smooth handling of grievances and disputes.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Design and review compensation structures to remain competitive and fair.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance systems, and Overtime.

Employee Engagement & Welfare:

  • Drive employee welfare initiatives, health & safety programs, and worker satisfaction activities.
  • Promote an inclusive and safe workplace culture.

HR Operations & Systems:

  • Develop the monthly HR dashboard report.
  • Lead HR digital transformation initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's Degree or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an HR Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
  • Proven experience in managing a large workforce, preferably within a factory environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
