Position Overview
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment operations for large-scale hiring across EXERA. This role focuses on building efficient sourcing strategies, managing high-volume pipelines, and ensuring timely hiring from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
1. High Volume Recruitment Management
Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Manage bulk hiring pipelines across multiple sites and functions
Ensure timely and cost-effective hiring to meet business demands
2. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement high-volume recruitment strategies
Build and manage an efficient, process-driven TA function
Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversion rates)
3. Sourcing Channel Optimization
Identify and utilize multiple sourcing channels (digital, referrals, walk-in interview, field/roadshows)
Optimize channel performance based on ROI and hiring effectiveness
Drive employer branding through job fairs, roadshows, and community engagement
4. Candidate Management & Selection
Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and job requirements
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for high-volume roles
Ensure a fast and efficient selection process
5. Team Leadership & Process Improvement
Lead and coach recruitment team to deliver high performance
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, tools, and systems
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
6. Onboarding & Coordination
Support onboarding and joining processes for new hires
Ensure smooth coordination for documentation and deployment
Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
5–7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to high-volume recruitment
Experience managing bulk hiring (e.g., operations, security, sales roles)
Strong stakeholder management with HRBPs and business leaders
Proven ability to manage large pipelines and fast-paced hiring
Strong analytical skills (KPIs, reporting, Excel)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
