Human Resources:

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions.

Employee Relations:

  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend resolutions for employee issues.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and oversee the performance management system.
  • Work with managers to set performance expectations, conduct appraisals, and provide feedback.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.

Training and Development:

  • Assess training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions on professional development.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning.

HR Policy and Compliance:

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies.

Administration:

Office Operations:

  • Supervise daily administrative operations, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.

Travel and Accommodation:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including bookings and accommodations.
  • Manage travel-related expenses and reimbursements.

Event Management:

  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, catering, and other event-related details.

Health and Safety:

  • Implement and manage health and safety policies.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any identified concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Employee Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding benefit-related inquiries.

Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of HR and admin-related documentation.

Legal Compliance:

  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Advise management on compliance matters and implement necessary changes.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the HR and admin budget effectively.
  • Control costs related to recruitment, training, and office operations.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Communicate HR policies and updates to employees.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR and admin metrics for management review.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead and develop the HR and admin team.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and MBA Preferred.
  • Mature Candidate above 35 years
  • At least (7) years of progressive experience in HR management and administration .
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in English and computer skills.
