Functional Responsibilities
- Rental operation
  - Set up the rental and lease process
  - Execute the process and monitor
  - Work closely with sales team
  - Responsible for customer service up to AVIS standard
  - Follow licensor operating guideline
  - Manage issues related with customer experience in rentals
- Financial Management
  - Cost controlling
  - Business performance review (monthly and yearly)
  - Involve in financial budget and forecast
- Team management
  - Provide direction and guidance to staff in the team
  - Coach and train staffs
  - Staff and work policy
  - Driver and shift management
  - Conflict resolution
- Fleet management
  - Daily vehicle checkup/maintenance to be in ‘ready for service’ condition
  - Fleet maintenance
  - Fleet renewal and resale
  - Fleet cost reduction

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related fields
Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive business rental service or Fleet rental Service
Experience of team management of at least 50 staff
Articulate with excellent verbal and written English and Burmese language communication skills
Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
