Hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff for school development
Maintaining effective communication with staff, students, parents, and other board members

Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and facilities of school facilities and equipment
Coordinating the delivery of quality instruction and ensuring that teachers have the resources and support they need to deliver effective instruction when given the needed resources list with sufficient time. .
Ensuring that the school maintains a positive public image and advocates for its priorities and interests.

Developing and implementing recruiting and hiring processes by finding teachers and staff for hiring at the school

Managing employee benefits and excuses such as professional development days, bonuses, work dinner/lunch, and sick leaves, holiday leaves, unpaid/paid leaves, etc.
Managing employee salary together with finance team
Ensuring that the school maintains compliance with labor laws and regulations
Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees (teachers’ reports from principal and vice principals, staffs’ reports from manager)
Mediating conflicts and disputes between employees
Collaborating with school managers and administrators to ensure that HR practices align with the school's mission and policies
