Manage academic operations in line with the Logiscool Method, including annual planning, exams, reports, and audits.
Coordinate parent–teacher meetings and maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ progress and well-being.
Supervise student assessments, additional Logiscool programs, and ensure high academic quality standards.
Oversee academic resources, materials, enrollment processes, and budget for extra activities.
Support, train, and monitor teachers to ensure compliance with Logiscool teaching standards and performance expectations.
Review teaching follow-ups, assess student progress, and report outcomes to the School Manager and Academic Manager.
Teach classes, conduct demo lessons, and provide substitutions when required.
Build strong relationships with students and parents, manage feedback, and escalate issues when necessary.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to support school activities and enrollment efforts.
Contribute to a positive school environment through teamwork and participation in events and daily operations.
