  • Plan, create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Plan and implement effective training and development.
  • Implement and perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Make sure and well maintain all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in - employment status.
  • Classify and follow up the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Manage and track department budgets.
  • Answer back to employees’ queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma/ certificates.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and HR operational skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills. (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and related regulations.
  • Strong communication skills for influencing, negotiation, and consulting.
