Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: prepare job advertisements across multiple platforms (e.g., job websites, social media), screen applications, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Facilitate interview procedures, including test arrangements, interview scheduling, and documentation of outcomes.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel files, including employment and resignation records.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs by communicating company policies, rules, and regulations to new employees.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as issuing staff ID cards and uniforms.
  • Serve as a liaison with other departments regarding HR matters such as attendance, leave, absenteeism, resignations, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and ensure compliance with offboarding processes.
  • Monitor attendance records, leave data, overtime, and ensure accurate payroll inputs in collaboration with payroll team.
  • Ensure timely settlement of employee taxes, social security contributions, and statutory benefits to government authorities.
  • Update employee records and HR data in the HRIS/software system promptly and accurately.
  • Disseminate internal HR announcements, circulars, and policy updates.
  • Maintain awareness of and compliance with the country’s labour laws, HR regulations, and ISO requirements.
  • Monitor and report staff who fail to record biometric attendance and coordinate with relevant departments for follow-up.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required HR documentation and reports.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System and actively support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or senior leadership.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the manager in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, processes, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Management System.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving mindset with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive team player with a proactive and respectful attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Diploma in HR or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR and payroll-related roles, preferably in a structured or ISO-certified environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software systems.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, government HR regulations, and up-to-date legislative changes.
  • Experience supporting audit processes and handling HR documentation requirements.
