Job Description

  • Develop, facilitates, and implement all phases of recruitment process.
  • Manage networking & sourcing channel. (Internal Hired, Universities, Job Advertising, Social Media, Online Job Board & Direct Resourcing, Career Event, Outsource)
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Supervise selection process. (Structured Interview, Assessment, Pre-Employment Medical Check-up)
  • Follow up all the required documents and keep record the data for the reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Any University Graduate with HR Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 0-2 years in entry level or related recruitment experience.
  • Age between (20-25) years old.
  • Energetic, flexible, result-oriented and committed with ‘Can Do' attitude.
  • Able to grasp new skills and procedures quickly with minimal direction.
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in English language.
  • Familiarity with social media.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
